Since China uses virtually the same production equipment as factories in the US, production lead times are about the same. Transit time is typically 17 days from Shanghai to Port of LA.

Because GlobalFlex handles all shipping and freight, you don’t have to handle any importing documents and challenges. Part of our service is to get your goods directly to your door - GlobalFlex handles all misc. and additional charges regarding transit. You will always get a delivered price unless specified.

Each factory chosen by GlobalFlex must be able to produce goods on a scale that would meet a U.S. Tier 1 production requirement on a monthly basis.

GlobalFlex does so much more! Beyond quoting a product, we pre-qualify and manage each factory on your behalf with our own fulltime experts. Because our staff is physically in Asia and working everyday at our factories, we insure that every aspect of your project is carefully handled - From quoting to sampling, artwork to production and delivery. All of this is managed to the highest standards of excellence IN CHINA as well as stateside.

We have an FTP site that will allow you to load your art disk, where it will be immediately pulled and reviewed in our Asia facilities.

You will first receive e-mailed PDF’s for approval, followed by digital proofs air shipped to you. (Just like doing it in the U.S.!)

Absolutely. We insist on the client seeing production samples as part of our quality control procedures prior to shipping the first order.

Depending on the complexity of the material, as little as two days.

You absolutely can be on press check, however, we have created “V.P.C.”, or Virtual Press Check, where a client can come to our office and view press sheets. This is done in real time on our calibrated high definition monitor system that gives color balance within 95% accuracy. It’s much easier and cheaper than flying to Shanghai!

GlobalFlex has an internal tracking system that allows you to log on to your account to check your order status from anywhere at anytime. You can also call or e-mail your Rep and we can get you the information you need, quickly and accurately.

Yes and no problem. GlobalFlex actually delivers worldwide and can accomodate any special shipping requests.
